Delivery
Most US Deliveries (via DPD or similar carrier):
You will receive an email or text message on the morning of your delivery with a 1-hour delivery window. If the timing isn’t convenient, you’ll have several options to reschedule or redirect the delivery to ensure it arrives when it works best for you.
We aim to deliver your package within 2-5 business days. However, in cases where the item needs to be sourced directly from the manufacturer, delivery may take longer (typically 6-10 days). Is there a delivery charge?
A delivery charge of $7.95 (excluding tax) applies to all orders under $100 within the contiguous United States. Please see our delivery options above for full details.
Can I have my order sent to a different address?
Yes, during the checkout process, there is an option to set an alternative delivery address different from your billing address.
What happens if I am not at the delivery address when the delivery is attempted?
We require all packages to be signed for. A signature can be obtained from anyone at the delivery address. If no one is available when delivery is attempted, the carrier will leave a card with instructions on how to retrieve your package.
Can my package be left with a neighbor?
Yes, you can arrange for your package to be left with a neighbor. This can be done by entering your tracking number, which we will send to you once your order has been processed.
When will I receive my order?
If your order is placed before 12 noon on a business day and the items are in stock, it will be shipped the same day for delivery on the next business day (some exclusions apply). Please refer to the individual delivery estimates on product pages for more detailed information.
What time will my delivery be?
Standard deliveries can take place anytime between 8 AM and 6 PM.

Are all of your items in stock?
We maintain a large inventory of products. However, to offer you competitive pricing and an extensive selection, we source many of our products directly from the manufacturer.
What happens if some of my items are in stock and others are not?
We will ship the available items first while we wait for the back-ordered items to arrive. There will be no additional delivery charge for this. We will also notify you with an estimated delivery time for any back-ordered products, and you have the option to request a partial refund if the wait time is too long.
How will I know when a back-ordered item is ready?
If you choose to keep a back-ordered item, we will stay in touch and update you regularly on its progress.
