Need to return something?

Simply fill out this form and send it back to us with the item(s) via a trackable delivery service. Please note that items must be in their original condition, clean, unworn, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. Items will be inspected when they arrive at our warehouse and will be returned if they are found to be in an unsuitable condition. Please follow the steps below within 14 days of receiving your delivery:

1. Complete the return form with the details of the products you’re returning.
2. We do not offer exchanges. If you would like to order an alternative item, please place a new order.
3. Choose the appropriate reason code for your return.
4. Send the items along with the return form to the following address:

5. We will process the returned items upon their receipt and issue any refunds within 14 days.

Can I return unwanted items?

Yes, if you no longer need your goods or have ordered the wrong item, we will offer a full refund within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in resellable condition for us to accept returns.

I received an incorrect item, what should I do?

We have strict quality control measures in place, but mistakes can happen. If you receive an incorrect item, we will arrange a collection and deliver the correct item at no cost to you.

What if I received a damaged item?

Please inspect your parcels before signing for them. If the item is damaged, note this with the courier and contact us within 7 days. We will arrange for a replacement, covering all shipping costs.

Cancellation Rights:

In addition to our return policy, you have the right to cancel your order at any time within 14 days, starting the day after you receive your items. To cancel, you must notify us in writing at the following address:
